Children and youth

Children and young people play a key part in our church family and we seek to provide a number of ways they can get involved. Read more about the activities we offer by clicking on the headings below.

Play areas
Babies, toddlers and young children are welcome at all Sunday services and there are play areas in both churches for entertainment should it be required!

Family service
Family services take place on the second Sunday of each month and children of all ages are encouraged to actively participate in the services.

St Luke's Toddler Group
St Luke's Toddler Group is for children up to the age of 3 and their carers - mums, dads, grandparents, nannies or childminders - and provides a great opportunity to meet with other young
families in the local area.

Sunday School
Sunday Schools are run in both churches during most Sunday services; the children rejoin us at communion for a blessing and are invited to share what they have learnt at the end of the service.

Junior Choir
The Junior Choir at St Luke's is open to all young singers aged seven and above, offering the opportunity for young people to enjoy singing together while benefitting from free musical training.

Youth Group
The small youth group of teenagers undertake numerous activities each week including bible study and group discussions as well as social activities - always varied and fun!
